A national strategy to make Norway the most digitalised country in the world by 2030
This report presents Norway’s national strategy to accelerate digital transformation across society, the economy, and public administration. It systematically outlines the government’s key objectives, policy directions, and implementation plans, structured around two main pillars.
First, building the prerequisites for digitalisation
The strategy strengthens digital governance and coordination in the public sector, improves digital infrastructure for security and emergency preparedness, and enhances cybersecurity and data protection frameworks.
