We serve as an Information Hub

We offer curated news centered on science, & technology, and R&D policies in Nordic countries. Our monthly newsletter, which can be downloaded, provides a comprehensive collection of these updates.

Additionally, Nordic researchers can continuously receive updates on Korea’s R&D policy news through our platform. This ensures a reciprocal flow of information, fostering a well-informed and collaborative research environment between Korea and the Nordic countries.

To further strengthen our role as a bridge between Korean and Nordic researchers and to expand the scope of collaborative research topics, we publish the ‘Nordic R&D Brief’ report.

We are building networks and boosting collaborations

We are forging collaborative channels with pertinent institutions and R&D support organizations in Nordic countries. Through these strategic partnerships, we will enhance our mission to identify and promote R&D cooperation agendas, thereby fostering deeper connections between institutions and researchers in Korea and the Nordic region.

We are holding an annual Korea-Nordic R&D Policy Forum and building a Nordic community centered on Nordic R&D support organizations

We are intensifying our collabortives activities to foster joint research

We are committed to fostering research collaboration networks between Korean and Nordic researchers, offering a range of programs designed to identify and develop joint research topics.

The LEDARE Workshop, led by preeminent researchers from both regions, provides a prestigious platform for exchanging exceptional research outcomes and cultivating in-depth collaborative projects.

We organize strategic seminars for research collaboration, focusing on mid-career and leader-level researchers. These seminars serve as a vital forum for networking, exploring collaborative opportunities, and identifying innovative joint research themes.

We are facilitating the collaborations amongst young and emerging researchers

We have developed an innovative program tailored for young and emerging researchers from Korea and the Nordic countries. This worksop is designed to lay the foundation for future research cooperation and to cultivate a robust research network, nurturing the next generation of leading researchers.

We are supporting networks for Korean young researchers in Nordic and holding a Young Researcher Forum to develop bridging roles for future R&D cooperation with Northern Europe.
