스웨덴 정부는 ’24.12.12일 ‘미래, 호기심, 그리고 유용성을 위한 연구와 혁신’이라는 제목의 법안(Proposition 2024/25:60)을 발표했습니다.

이 법안은 스웨덴이 세계적으로 가장 앞선 연구 및 혁신 국가이자 선도적인 지식 강국이 되는 것을 목표로 하며, 연구혁신(R&I) 투자 확대 및 연구 환경 개선을 위한 구체적인 전략을 제시합니다.

정부는 연구 및 혁신 예산을 2025년~2028년까지 총 65억 크로나(약 1조3백억 원) 증액할 계획이며, 주요 정책 방향으로 우수성(Excellens), 국제화(Internationalisering), 혁신(Innovation)을 핵심 가치로 설정했습니다.

On December 12, 2024, the Swedish government presented a bill entitled “Research and Innovation for the Future – Curiosity and Usefulness” (Proposition 2024/25:60).

The bill aims to position Sweden as one of the world’s leading research and innovation nations and a global knowledge leader, and sets out concrete strategies to expand investment in research and Innovation (R&I) and improve the research environment.

The government plans to increase funding for research and innovation by a total of SEK 6.5 billion between 2025 and 2028. The core policy principles of the bill are excellence, internationalisation, and innovation, which are identified as the key drivers of Sweden’s future research and innovation policy.
