또한 이러한 전략을 효과적으로 실행하기 위해 RDI 활동의 위험 감수 능력을 확대하고 국내외 RDI 투자를 유치하는 두 가지 핵심 추진 방향을 제시하였습니다.

The Finnish Government has identified national strategic priority areas for research, development and innovation (RDI) policy in order to promote sustainable growth, social innovation, and national security. The strategy focuses on strengthening research and innovation activities in five key areas: data and data-based value creation, disruptive technologies, health and wellbeing, climate, environment and the Arctic dimension, and security, resilience and defence. Through these priorities, Finland aims to build strong research capabilities and innovation ecosystems that can address global challenges and lead future industrial and societal transformation.

To effectively implement this strategy, two key approaches have also been proposed: increasing the risk-taking capacity of RDI activities and attracting both domestic and international RDI investments.
