On August 20, 2025, KNTEC welcomed a delegation from the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies, including Prof. Jin Park (Visiting Professor at KAIST, former Minister of Foreign Affairs), President Yoosuk Kim (Chey Institute for Advanced Studies) and Prof. Junho Lee (Seoul National University). The delegation was joined by representatives from the Embassy of Sweden in Korea, including Minister Jin-wha Song.

The purpose of the visit was to learn about developments in the Swedish science and technology sector and to discuss opportunities for strengthening Korea–Sweden academic and scientific exchange.

KNTEC Director Heewoong Park introduced the Center’s mission and activities, and both sides engaged in meaningful discussions on future cooperation.
