The 5th UCAN Forum took place on November 22, 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden.
The event opened with the final round of the Spark Challenge, where four teams presented their ideas, followed by jury evaluation and audience voting.

After a coffee break, the forum continued with the Career Forum 2nd Section, where participants joined age-based group discussions with moderators and panelists, sharing insights on career development and experiences in the Nordic region.
